Ms. Reshma Nigam
CEO & President
Ms. Reshma Nigam started aMarketForce, with the goal of providing clients with high
quality marketing and sales services at low costs. She is focused on developing and executing business strategy and processes
that deliver superior services to customers, employees, and shareholders. She works closely with US-based clients to
analyze their specific needs and develop winning strategies, and with the off-shore service centers in India to ensure
that the projects are successful.
Ms. Nigam brings years of experience in consulting and business management to aMarketForce. At her previous jobs at
Silicon Valley startups such as RightWorks Corporation, Xporta and nthOrbit, Ms. Nigam was responsible for the design,
management, and execution of business strategy in sales operations, sales training, field marketing, marketing
communications, product launches, direct marketing, and event marketing. Ms. Nigam was also Vice President of Medical
Market Research for Frost and Sullivan, a consulting company specializing in market research and forecasting.
Ms. Nigam has an MBA and a BA from San Jose State University and a BA in English Literature from India.
Mr. Manish Sharma
Director, Delivery
Mr. Manish Sharma has been with aMarketForce since 2005, and is responsible for project operations and services
delivery, for all customer engagements at aMarketForce.
Mr. Sharma has over 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Process Outsourcing domains. His
experience includes project management, technical support, training, and business development. He brings valuable
services management and SLA compliance experience, gained during the course of his previous tenures.
Prior to aMarketForce, Mr. Sharma has worked with Gujarat Infotech Ltd. and Sutherland Technologies (Microsoft
technical support).
Mr. Sharma holds a BS degree from Gujarat University and MCA from M.S. University of Tamil Nadu, in India.
Mr. Anand Sanchorawala
Country Manager, India Operations
Mr. Anand Sanchorawala brings leadership and direction to our Offshore Marketing Center (OMC). Because of his extensive US experience he is familiar with the quality our customers expect and provides guidance and supervision to the team. Anand is responsible for all aspects of business process re-engineering, streamlining operations, and driving expansion of Market Research and IT services to better respond to our fast growing US and India business.
Anand moved back to his hometown, Ahmedabad, India, after spending 19 years in the United States. He earned an MS in Computer & Information Sciences in 1991 from University of Delaware and a BE in Computer Engineering from Gujarat University. He spent two long 9-year stints at Verizon and Cisco Systems. At Cisco, Anand lead a team to drive improvements in Service Contract Management for the Service Sales Operations group, resulting in additional service revenue with improved customer satisfaction.
Anand brings years of experience in business process re-engineering, IT services, customer relationship management (CRM), off-shoring and strong execution to aMarketForce.
