Seasoned entrepreneur with years of successful experience in outsourcing services, operations, strategic planning, and engineering. MS in Engineering from Stanford University, MBA from University of Santa Clara. Mr. Ashwin Vora also has a BS in Engineering from India where he was awarded four gold medals for the best grades in the State.
Mr. Vora founded aMarketForce in 2002 with the vision of providing high quality process support services to US customers using resources from India. Mr. Vora’s focus on building customer relationships and providing superior services has led to aMarketForce’s rapid growth. The company now enjoys the reputation of providing excellent offshore services to its US clients.
Prior to founding aMarketForce and V-Soft, Inc., Mr. Vora was the General Manager of GenRad Corporation’s California division, where he turned around the failing division by reducing expenses, increasing market share, and increasing gross margins, thus increasing profits. Mr. Vora managed large global operations for GenRad and headed several product development and engineering teams. Before his stint at GenRad, Mr. Vora was with Royco Instruments, Inc. doing product development from concept through engineering and with Ingersoll Rand where he did project management.
Mr. Manish Sharma has been with aMarketForce since 2005, and is responsible for project operations and services delivery, for all customer engagements at aMarketForce.
Mr. Sharma has over 7 years of experience in Information Technology and Process Outsourcing domains. His experience includes project management, technical support, training, and business development. He brings valuable services management and SLA compliance experience, gained during the course of his previous tenures.
Prior to aMarketForce, Mr. Sharma has worked with Gujarat Infotech Ltd. and Sutherland Technologies (Microsoft technical support).
Mr. Sharma holds a BS degree from Gujarat University and MCA from M.S. University of Tamil Nadu, in India.
Amit Kumar is responsible for sales, business development and delivery for database business of aMarketForce. Along with driving sales and delivery, Mr. Kumar plays a pivotal role in strategic planning for demand generation, process implementation, harnessing creative talent and client satisfaction.
Mr. Kumar joined aMarketForce in the year 2009. Over the past 6 years, he has moved up the value chain and has held various roles with a clear focus on revenue growth. In his current role, he is responsible for ensuring optimum service delivery and driving value to the customers.
Prior to joining aMarketForce, Mr. Kumar was Business Development Manager with Asian Media and Marketing Group and Associate Manager Quality with Vertex India. He brings year of experience in sales, quality and customer relationship management.
Mr. Kumar holds an MBA in HR and Operations with a Bachelor’s Degree from Hansraj
College, Delhi University.
