aMarketForce appoints Anand Sanchorawala as the Country Manager for India operations

Saratoga, CA - July 14, 2008

Mr. Anand Sanchorawala joins aMarketForce as the Country Manager for India operations. In this position, Anand will be responsible for delivery, optimization, and expansion of Marketing Research, as well as IT services so that we can better respond to our fast growing US business.

Anand moves back to his hometown, Ahmedabad, India, after spending 19 years in the United States. He earned an M.S. in Computer & Information Sciences in 1991 and followed two long 9-year stints at Nynex Science & Technology (now known as Verizon) and Cisco Systems.

At Cisco, after heading a team to manage customer escalations related to Service Contract Management, Anand focused his energy and passion on improving end-to-end business processes within the Service Contract Management department, resulting in additional service revenue with improved customer satisfaction.

Anand started out in Cisco as an IT Architect within the Strategy & Acquisitions group. In this group, he worked with an outsourcer to build a billing and tracking system for all of Cisco’s offshore resources, culminating with a role as a business architect. This system enabled Cisco’s Service Programs to be launched more efficiently and effectively, through streamlined business operations.

At Verizon, Anand worked on developing various aspects of telecommunication services, including launching a new voice-based service, as well as web-based services leveraging Java/CORBA as the key technologies.

Anand’s strong technical and business process re-engineering background, combined with his customer focus, will bring a diverse set of expertise at aMarketForce. His leadership will be critical in expanding and streamlining our India operations to meet our customers’ needs.
